Cranial Prosthesis ( New Program)

 This program is for potential clients that are suffering from hair loss due to medically proven Alopecia, Trichotillomania and Cancer. A Cranial prosthesis is medical jargon for hair replacement pieces and wigs that can be purchased with the use of health insurance. Most hair replacement pieces are made with specialized material that is ensitive to the indiviuals need. The fit is adjustable to each person's head size, custom cut and styled. Medical insurance could provide 80%-100% of  covered expenses but does not pa for maintences fees.The requirements for this program are:

1) Check Health Insurance Benefits

2) Request physcian prescription for "Cranial Prosthesis" 

3) Send letter to notify Health Insurance about the need for alternative hair.

4) Send " Cranial Prosthesis" sales receipt or invoice to health insurance

The result is a reimbursement to health insured or a direct payment check to Swet Serenity LLC. If you claim is denied, you may appeal but hair piece can not be acquired until payment is received. Sweet Serenity LLC reserves the right to check any and all identification to verify the identitiy of the health insured.

Hair-for-Life

This program was designed to give potentail clients the opportunity to gain huge discounts( up to 30% off) on new hairpieces and various processes. If potential clients agree to be a part of the portfolio, website and all future advertisments by submitting a before and after picture and giving an internet or written testimonal, they will be awarded with discounts.

Potential Clients must sign a Testimonail Agreement before receiving the discount. No discount is given unless this agreement is signed.

Refer-a-Friend

This program is designed for existing clients to recieve a various number of free services and discounts on Future hairpieces ( up to 15% off). There a two ways that this program works:

            Phone Referral- potential clients are allowed to call existing clients before the initial consultation to ask questions, receive advice and hear the existing clients experience straight from the existing clients mouth.

           Word- of- Mouth- existing or potential clients will be able to tell other people face to face about how the company has help their hair situation.
