Salon Policy
Lateness
Being on time for
appointments is greatly appreciated, So that you may receive your full service
and so our other clients are not inconvenienced. Please note that your
scheduled time is your service time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for
the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session:
a)
Client must
notify technician through phone or email of their lateness before their actual
appointment time.
b)
Clients have a 15
minute grace period then the appointment is canceled. Clients can reschedule
for another date.
Cancellation
This Company understands
certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment.
Failure to cancel a service before 48 Hours, as well as a no shows, and same
day cancellations will result in the 50% charge of the full fee of the
services. This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and
from potential clients.
Service
A) Existing clients
must fill out a credit card approval form to book future service appointments.
A credit card number is needed to book an appointment. Client must be able to
verify last 4 digits of card on file for appointment confirmation.
B) To ensure you
receive your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that clients
schedule their appointment at least 96 hours in advance.
C)
Please advise
technician of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect
your service when making your appointment.
D)
Salon hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. The last appointment is made at 6 pm. No
appointments can be made after that time.
E) Cash and Credit
Card (Visa, Master card and Discover) are acceptable forms of payment. No
personal checks are allowed.
F) It is recommended not to bring a child with
you to any appointment. If you have to bring your child, child must be well
behaved and you must provide entertainment (quiet toys and books) to keep them
occupied during the appointment.
G) We retain the
right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of
alcohol or other substances.
H) In keeping with
our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized
and sanitized after every service appointment.
I) Emergency Appointments can be made on Sunday and/or Monday which incurs an additional emergency fee of $20 per hour to your actual
fee for services rendered.
